Filing complaint for AIS students

  1. A student can complain if in his or her experience the training does not meet the expectations and/or believes that the code of conduct international students in Dutch higher education does not comply or incorrectly
  2. The complaint must be addressed to AIS Flight Academy, Flamingoweg 20 8218NW Lelystad in writing, explaining the dissatisfaction and within a reasonable period of time in which the complaint arose.
  3. Within 14 days the complainant receives a confirmation of receipt of the complaint.

The management (Head of Training or accountable Manager) of AIS Flight Academy is committed to dealing with the complaint within 30 working days. If this is not feasible, the complainant will be informed.

If a complaint is not properly dealt with in the judgement of a person concerned or the AIS Flight Academy remains negligent in the compliance with the Code of conduct of international higher education students, then one can send an objection to the National Committee. The judgement of the Appellate body is binding on all parties. A complaint will always be treated confidentially.
